Experimental study on local bond failure of tension reinforcing bars embedded in concrete

open access: yesJapan Architectural Review, 2020
In this study, to evaluate the strength on the local bond failure, pull‐out tests of deformed bars straightly embedded in concrete were conducted. As a result, the test results were classified into entire bond failure and local bond failure.
