Strong Fully Reprocessable Engineered Wood Composites

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Engineering a hyperbranched adhesive with complementary imine‐bond and hydrogen‐bond networks, combining it with wood particles to fabricate the wood composite (WP/HTP) under mild hot‐pressing conditions. The WP/HTP exhibits 100% mechanical strength recovery after three cycles of reprocessing, and the reprocessed modulus of rupture (MOR) and modulus of

Reactivity‐Guided Janus Graphene With Asymmetric Interfacial Electrostatics for Tunable Charge Transport

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Stepwise dual‐side functionalization creates covalent Janus graphene with chemically and electrostatically asymmetric interfaces. The resulting nonadditive surface‐potential response and pronounced charge‐transport modulation demonstrate a versatile route for tailoring the electronic properties of graphene.

Highly Sensitive Broadband Photodetectors Based on Donor–Acceptor 2D Conjugated Coordination Polymers

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Donor–acceptor molecular design and chemical vapor deposition growth enable the two‐dimensional nickel‐tetraaminobenzoquinone films with strong broadband absorption and efficient charge separation. The resulting photodetectors exhibit a structured broadband response with a high responsivity of ∼3.1 A W−1 and a response time of ∼170 µs, which surpasses ...

Thermoplastic Dielectric Coatings for Flexible Electrodynamic Dust Shields: Structural and Functional Performance

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Thermoplastic attachment is introduced as a scalable surface coating strategy to improve the durability and dielectric reliability of flexible electrodynamic dust shields. By embedding chemically modified reduced graphene oxide (CMrGO) electrodes within thermoplastic laminates, mechanical degradation, abrasion damage, and vacuum‐induced electrical ...

Smart Electrospun Nanofibers for Controlled Oil‐Water Separation

open access: yesAdvanced Materials Interfaces, EarlyView.
Stimuli‐responsive electrospun nanofibers are reviewed as advanced platforms for controlled oil/water separation. The effects of surface wettability, porous structure, and external stimuli, including pH, temperature, gas, and light, on separation performance are discussed.
