Abstract The addition of a lateral extra‐articular reinforcement to anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction has been shown to enhance rotational stability and protect the intra‐articular graft. Although several techniques using the iliotibial band have been described, most rely on fixation devices that increase surgical cost and complexity.

Abstract An oversized graft in lateral meniscal allograft transplantation can lead to graft extrusion, folding, and increased contact stress, adversely affecting surgical outcomes. To address this challenge, this article describes an anterior horn pull‐in tunnel technique applicable to the bone plug fixation method.

Abstract Despite continuous advances, anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction still struggles to restore full native knee function, as most techniques improve mechanical stability but overlook biological healing. The described superenhanced anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction technique aims to address this biological problem through a quadruple

Abstract A knee dislocation combined with a patellofemoral dislocation is an extremely rare and complex injury that reflects severe multidirectional instability and extensive soft‐tissue disruption. We show an open single‐stage anatomic reconstruction method for a patient with type IV tibiofemoral dislocation, patellofemoral dislocation, and bucket ...

Abstract Isolated posterior cruciate ligament (PCL) ruptures are relatively uncommon among knee ligament injuries. Operative management is recommended for patients with grade III posterior knee joint laxity. The complex anatomy of the PCL, particularly its course and insertion on the femur and the tibia, makes its reconstruction technically challenging.
