ABSTRACT NPR3‐related tall stature is characterized by tall stature, elongated big toes, and additional epiphyses in hand and foot bones. The condition is caused by biallelic loss‐of‐function variants affecting natriuretic peptide receptor 3 (NPR3). Five individuals from four different families have been reported.

Biocompatibility and healing patterns in experimentally induced canine tibial fractures using Pedicle screw‐Rod external fixation

This study demonstrates that using a Pedicle screw‐Rod configuration for the external fixation of non‐articular tibial osteotomy aligns well with the principles of biological osteosynthesis, resulting in secondary bone healing characterized by callus formation and neovascularization.

This study presents an innovative approach to evaluate cell‐mediated biomineralization using μ‐X‐ray fluorescence spectroscopy. By generating elemental maps, the evaluation of mineral deposition by osteoblasts can be assessed in terms of both spatial distribution and degree of maturity.
