SUCTION DRAINAGE-BONE SCREW

A bone screw (10) which can be anchored in the bone in a firm and vacuum-tight manner, and the use of the same in arthroplastic surgery and as a drug delivery system. The interior of the bone screw (10) has a continuous longitudinal bore (15) through which the medullary canal can be evacuated during the application of bone cement.
