Nine ultra‐endurance athletes completed a randomised, crossover trial involving two 28‐day dietary arms during which the athletes consumed a carbohydrate‐rich diet (carbohydrate 58 ± 3, protein 15 ± 2 and fat 26 ± 2%) containing low‐ or high‐glycaemic ...

Dynamics of Size and Shape Variation During Embryonic Development in the Balkan Crested Newt
Morphological variance in Triturus ivanbureschi embryos fluctuates during the tailbud phase, coinciding with developmental arrest caused by the balanced lethal system. Prehatching embryos show uniform variance. Our study reveals dynamics of morphological variability during early development and provides a baseline for further studies.

Breast tumor microenvironment dynamics after adoptive transfer of DiD-BM-MDSCs.
A) Schematic of treatment regimen for TME analysis after adoptive transfer of DiD-BM-MDSCs into tumor-bearing mice. Mice were injected with PyMT-WT cells into the MFP on day 0, and i.v. injected with 4x106 DiD-BM-MDSCs on day 11 and 22.

Multicenter, Multivendor Development and Validation of Automated Liver Prescription
ABSTRACT Background Manual prescription of liver MRI volumes introduces inter‐operator variability and prolongs exam duration. Artificial intelligence (AI)‐based prescription has been demonstrated, but existing work has been limited to single‐vendor settings. Purpose To develop and validate an AI model for automated liver MRI prescription using a large,

Early enteral nutrition and neurodevelopment in very low birth weight preterm infants
Abstract Objective Very low birth weight (VLBW) preterm infants are at increased risk of neurodevelopmental impairment. Although human milk may promote brain development, the association between type of feeding at discharge and neurodevelopmental outcomes remains uncertain.

Is volatility good for growth? Evidence from the G7. [PDF]
We provide empirical support for a DSGE model with nominal wage stickiness where growth is driven by learning-by-doing and money shocks and their variance are allowed to impact on long-run output growth.

Recent wolf hunting and trapping in the Great Lakes region of the United States
We analyzed wolf hunting and trapping seasons in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Michigan (2012–2014, 2021) to assess harvest patterns, method effectiveness, and links to livestock depredations. Harvest outcomes were driven by regulations and methods, did not appear to cause long‐term population declines, and showed no consistent relationships with reduced ...

Generalized Bonferroni mean operators in multi-criteria aggregation
In this paper we provide a systematic investigation of a family of composed aggregation functions which generalize the Bonferroni mean. Such extensions of the Bonferroni mean are capable of modeling the concepts of hard and soft partial conjunction and ...
