Advanced Science, EarlyView.A 3D soft gate utilizes a macroscopic hydrogel phase transition to effectively circumvent Debye screening in high‐salt environments. The intact matrix maximizes transmembrane ion flux via volumetric Donnan enrichment and superhydrophilicity.
