Evaluation of model‐based bioequivalence approach for single sample pharmacokinetic studies
In a traditional pharmacokinetic (PK) bioequivalence (BE) study, a two‐way crossover study is conducted, PK parameters (namely the area under the time‐concentration curve [AUC] and the maximal concentration [Cmax]) are obtained by noncompartmental ...

Bootstrapping string theory on [PDF]
We make an ansatz for the Mellin representation of the four-point amplitude of half-BPS operators of arbitrary charges at order λ−52 in an expansion around the supergravity limit. Crossing symmetry and a set of constraints on the form of the spectrum uniquely fix the amplitude and double-trace anomalous dimensions at this order.

Towards a bootstrap approach to higher orders of epsilon expansion
We employ a hybrid approach in determining the anomalous dimension and OPE coefficient of higher spin operators in the Wilson-Fisher theory. First we do a large spin analysis for CFT data where we use results obtained from the usual and the Mellin ...

The extreme form of land degradation through different forms of erosion is one of the major problems in sub-tropical monsoon dominated region. The formation and development of gullies is the dominant form or active process of erosion in this region.

Dissecting supergraviton six-point function with lightcone limits and chiral algebra
We develop a bootstrap strategy to obtain the six-point function of supergravitons in AdS 5 × S 5 from symmetry constraints and consistency conditions. Compared to previous bootstrap algorithms, a novel feature is the use of lightcone OPEs together with ...

Evolutionary analysis across 32 placental mammals identified positive selection at residues H148 and W149 in the immune receptor FcγR1. Ancestral reconstruction combined with molecular dynamics simulations reveals how these mutations may influence receptor structure and dynamics, providing insight into the evolution of antibody recognition and immune ...

Molecular characterization of covRS mutations in M1UK Streptococcus pyogenes
Group A Streptococcus (GAS) acquires covRS mutations driving a hypervirulent bacterial state, frequently associated with invasive disease‐like necrotizing fasciitis. We demonstrate that the newly emerged M1UK GAS lineage can also acquire these mutations.

Additional file 5: Figure S4. RMS errors for each vector and scalar elements for the Swarm C data. Columns (a) and (c) represent the maps of the RMS errors for the DGRF and IGRF parent models, respectively. Columns (b) and (d) provide the RMS errors as a function of the modified Julian days relative to 2015.0 and 2019.16 for DGRF and IGRF, respectively.
