Analysis Of The Relationship Between The BİST Bank Index and Macroeconomic Changes With Bootstrap and Asymmetric Causality Tests

open access: yesİzmir İktisat Dergisi, 2021
Ekonomik değişkenler arasındaki dinamik ve karmaşık ilişki araştırmacıların her zaman ilgi odağı olmuştur. Bu çalışmada BİST Banka, Döviz Kuru, Altın Fiyatları (ons) ve Gayri Safi Yurt İçi Hasıla (GSYİH) arasındaki ilişki ampirik olarak incelenmektedir ...

Long‐Term Follow‐Up of Chemotherapy‐Associated Biological Aging in Women With Early Breast Cancer

open access: yesAging and Cancer, EarlyView.
Women threated with adjuvant chemotherapy for early breast cancer have sustained long‐term increase in p16INK4a,, a robust marker of cell senescence, suggesting a chemotherapy‐associated age acceleration. p16INK4a as well as other biomarkers may identify patients at greatest risk for senescence‐related diseases of aging.

Heptagon functions and seven-gluon amplitudes in multi-Regge kinematics

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
We compute all 2 → 5 gluon scattering amplitudes in planar N $$ \mathcal{N} $$ = 4 super-Yang-Mills theory in the multi-Regge limit that is sensitive to the non-trivial (“long”) Regge cut.

Multidimensional Profiling of MRI‐Negative Temporal Lobe Epilepsy Uncovers Distinct Phenotypes

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective Although hippocampal sclerosis (TLE‐HS) represents the most frequent cause of temporal lobe epilepsy (TLE), up to 30% of patients show no lesion on visual MRI inspection (TLE‐MRIneg). These cases pose diagnostic and therapeutic challenges and are underrepresented in surgical series.

Normal‐Appearing White Matter Injury Mediates Chronic Deep Venous Hypoxia and Disease Progression in Multiple Sclerosis

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To explore how cerebral hypoxia and Normal‐Appearing White Matter (NAWM) integrity affect MS lesion burden and clinical course. Methods Seventy‐nine MS patients, including 13 clinically isolated syndrome (CIS) patients and 66 relapsing–remitting multiple sclerosis (RRMS) patients, and 44 healthy controls (HCs) were recruited from ...

Advances in the high bootstrap fraction regime on DIII-D towards theQ  =  5 mission of ITER steady state

open access: yesNuclear Fusion, 2017
Recent EAST/DIII-D joint experiments on the high poloidal beta regime in DIII-D have extended operation with internal transport barriers (ITBs) and excellent energy confinement (H 98y2 ~ 1.6) to higher plasma current, for lower q 95 ≤ 7.0, and more balanced neutral beam injection (NBI) (torque injection < 2 Nm), for lower plasma rotation than previous ...

Longitudinal Assessment of Biomarkers in ALS: Discriminative Biomarkers for Disease Progression and Survival

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Objective To assess the association and discriminative performance of serum biomarkers with clinical disease progression and survival in patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS). Methods This retrospective study, conducted at Houston Methodist Hospital, Houston, TX, used longitudinal serum samples collected between January 2018 and ...

A unipolar thin‐film transistor‐based amplifier with enhanced DC offset suppression

open access: yesElectronics Letters, 2021
This letter proposes a unipolar thin‐film transistor (TFT)‐based amplifier design that can provide enhanced DC offset suppression. The amplifier consists of an input AC coupling network and a capacitor bootstrap amplifier. By making the first pole of the

White Matter Hyperintensity Burden and Short‐Interval Change Associated With Sleep Apnoea in the UK Biobank

open access: yesAnnals of Clinical and Translational Neurology, EarlyView.
ABSTRACT Background and Purpose White matter hyperintensities (WMH) are a core neuroimaging marker of cerebral small vessel disease (CSVD). Sleep apnoea (SA) is a recognized vascular risk factor, but its associations with regional WMH burden, short‐interval WMH change and cognitive performance in population‐based cohorts remain incompletely defined. We
