Codonaceae-a newly required family name in Boraginales
Phytotaxa, 2014Codonaceae (Boraginales) is here proposed as a novel segregate family from Boraginaceae, based on Boraginaceae subfamily Codonoideae. The family consists of a single genus, Codon (2 species, Southwest Africa) which is traditionally considered as the only African representative of the predominantly New World family Hydrophyllaceae.

New synonym, new combination and typifications in Varronia (Cordiaceae, Boraginales)
Phytotaxa, 2019Due to their recent reestablishment at the generic level, some species of the genus Varronia need to be (re-)allocated and their names and respective nomenclature types reviewed. One new combination (V. serratifolia) and a new synonym (V. intonsa) are proposed here.

A new species of Rochefortia (Ehretiaceae, Boraginales) from the Lesser Antilles
Phytotaxa, 2015Taxonomic diversity of Neotropical Rochefortia is not completely assessed at present. We report the existence of a new species: Rochefortia barloventensis sp. nov., distributed across multiple islands of the Lesser Antilles. We provide a morphological description, a molecular diagnosis and a botanical illustration.

Understanding the evolution of Boraginales
Boraginales are a medium-sized angiosperm order within Lamiids, with very diverse fruit morphology, which has been traditionally used for nomenclatural subdivisions. This thesis attempts to elucidate some aspects of the evolutionary history of Boraginales by pairing a morphological and a molecular perspective, since the interest comes from the shape ...openaire +1 more source
