Electrochemical Oxidation Characteristics of Boron Doped Diamond Electrodes

ECS Meeting Abstracts, 2019
BDD is a substance which is generated by doping Diborane (B2H6) in CH4 and H2, and then synthesized with thin diamond film. It has good corrosion resistance, is physically and chemically stable, has a wide potential window, low electrical conductivity, good heat impact resistance and optimal hardness, so it is highlighted among electrodes.

Electrochemical Oxidation of Trichloroethylene Using Boron-Doped Diamond Film Electrodes

Environmental Science & Technology, 2009
This research investigated the oxidation of trichloroethene (TCE) at boron-doped diamond film electrodes. Flow-through experiments in gastight reactors were performed to determine trichloroethene oxidation products, and rotating disk electrode (RDE) experiments were used to determine TCE oxidation kinetics.

Electrochemical Oxidation of NADH at Highly Boron-Doped Diamond Electrodes

Analytical Chemistry, 1999
Conductive boron-doped chemical vapor-deposited diamond thin films, already known to have superior properties for general electroanalysis, including low background current and a wide potential window, are here shown to have additional advantages with respect to electrochemical oxidation of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NADH), including high ...

Anodic oxidation of textile wastewaters on boron-doped diamond electrodes

Environmental Technology, 2015
The objective of this study is to investigate the potential application of the anodic oxidation (AO) on two electrolytic cells (monopolar (Cell 1) and bipolar (Cell 2)) containing boron-doped diamond electrodes on the treatment of real textile effluents to study the reuse possibility of treated wastewater in the textile industry process.

Surface Hydrogenation of Boron-Doped Diamond Electrodes by Cathodic Reduction

Analytical Chemistry, 2017
Boron-doped diamond (BDD) has attracted much attention as a promising electrode material especially for electrochemical sensing systems, because it has excellent properties such as a wide potential window and low background current. It is known that the electrochemical properties of BDD electrodes are very sensitive to the surface termination such as ...

Electrochemical characterization of boron-doped polycrystalline diamond thin-film electrodes

Fresenius' Journal of Analytical Chemistry, 1995
The electrochemical characterization of boron-doped polycrystalline diamond thin-film (BDF) electrodes was studied using the anodic scan after concentrating lead in 0.1 mol/L KCl - 41 micromol/L Hg(NO(3))(2) and 0.1 mol/L KNO(3) - 0.01 mol/L HNO(3) - 41 micromol/L Hg(NO(3))(2); accumulation voltage was -0.90 V.
