Aromatic Pummerer‐Promoted Stereospecific Cross‐Coupling of Thiazoles With Boronic Esters

open access: yesAngewandte Chemie, EarlyView.
A lithiation–borylation–aromatic Pummerer (LiBAP) strategy enables stereospecific, C5‐selective C(sp2)–C(sp3) cross‐coupling of thiazoles with boronic esters. By using exocyclic sulfoxide activation to overcome the low nucleophilicity that frustrates SEAr‐type coupling, the method delivers enantioenriched alkylated thiazoles bearing a versatile C2 ...

Physiological responses to excess boron in wheat cultivars

open access: yesEuropean Journal of Biological Research, 2017
This study investigates the response of two wheat cultivars to boron toxicity stress. Plants were cultivated in sand culture and boron was applied to the culture for 10-day. Symptoms, tiller number, boron concentration, soluble sugars, proteins and other

Boron Toxicity in Hevea brasiliensis

open access: yes, 1986
