Relations for Einstein–Yang–Mills amplitudes from the CHY representation

open access: yesPhysics Letters B, 2017
We show that a recently discovered relation, which expresses tree-level single trace Einstein–Yang–Mills amplitudes with one graviton and (n−1) gauge bosons as a linear combination of pure Yang–Mills tree amplitudes with n gauge bosons, can be derived ...

Search for doubly and singly charged Higgs bosons decaying into vector bosons in multi-lepton final states with the ATLAS detector using proton-proton collisions at s $$ \sqrt{\mathrm{s}} $$ = 13 TeV

open access: yesJournal of High Energy Physics, 2021
A search for charged Higgs bosons decaying into W ± W ± or W ± Z bosons is performed, involving experimental signatures with two leptons of the same charge, or three or four leptons with a variety of charge combinations, missing transverse momentum and ...

Emergent Spin Supersolids in Frustrated Quantum Materials

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
This review highlights developments in the study of spin super‐solids in frustrated quantum materials. Advanced experimental characterizations and computational studies enable a comprehensive understanding of the driving mechanisms of spin super‐solidity in various layered transition‐metal compounds, bridging materials, experiments, and theory aspects.

Single charged Higgs boson production at next generation linear colliders

open access: yes, 2000
We study the single production of charged Higgs bosons in e+e- collisions, chiefly in the Minimal Supersymmetric Standard Model. Our analysis complements foregoing studies of the pair production channel especially in regions where the kinematic ...

Photonic‐Enabled Energy‐Efficient Transparent Neuromorphic Computing Devices: A Review

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Transparent photonic neuromorphic computing devices merge optics and brain‐inspired computing to overcome von Neumann bottlenecks with ultrafast, low‐energy processing. By exploiting transparent oxides, 2D materials, phase‐change materials, and hybrid heterostructures, these platforms enable photonic synapses, memory, and logic for see‐through edge ...

Halide Perovskite: A Rich Source of Thermal Insulator

open access: yesAdvanced Science, EarlyView.
Halide perovskites exhibit ultralow thermal conductivity driven by intrinsic lattice softness and strong anharmonicity, falling below conventional defect‐engineering limits. Weak metavalent bonding, A‐site rattling, and dynamic octahedral tilting drive phonon scattering to the Ioffe–Regel limit, where wave‐like tunneling replaces particle‐like ...

Supersymmetric Higgs Bosons in Weak Boson Fusion [PDF]

open access: yesPhysical Review Letters, 2009
We compute the complete supersymmetric next-to-leading order corrections to the production of a light Higgs boson in weak boson fusion. The size of the electroweak corrections is of similar order as the next-to-leading order corrections in the Standard Model. The supersymmetric QCD corrections turn out to be significantly smaller than their electroweak

BOSONIZATION AND IBM

open access: yesKey Topics in Nuclear Structure, 2005
We derive a boson Hamiltonian from a Nuclear Hamiltonian whose potential is expanded in pairing multipoles and determine the fermion-boson mapping of operators. We use a new method of bosonization based on the evaluation of the partition function restricted to the bosonic composites of interest.
