Microwave‐Assisted Rapid Hydrothermal Synthesis of Vanadium‐Based Cathode: Unravelling Charge Storage Mechanisms in Aqueous Zinc‐Ion Batteries

A novel vanadium‐based cathode, KMnVOH, was synthesized via a microwave‐assisted method, achieving 260 mAh g−1 at 5 C with 94 % retention over 2000 cycles in aqueous Zn(CF₃SO₃)₂ electrolyte.
