A trimodal anode architecture spatially regulates silicon clusters within confined interstitial environments formed by graphite and contorted hexabenzocoronene. This confinement suppresses silicon aggregation and localized stress while enabling efficient Li‐ion transport, achieving high‐capacity, stable lithium‐ion batteries.

Electrically Induced Phase Transition and Synaptic Functionality in MoTe2/Graphene Memristors
An electrically induced reversible 2H ↔ 1T′ phase transition is demonstrated in a vertical Au/Ti/MoTe2/graphene memristor with a laterally contacted graphene electrode. Resistive switching proceeds through a compositionally invariant amorphous/2H ↔ amorphous/1T′ transformation, in which a self‐formed amorphous MoTe2 interfacial region is proposed to ...

OEG‐functionalized Y6‐derived acceptors induce thermally driven vertical phase separation, enabling pseudo‐planar heterojunction organic photodetectors. The resulting PM6:YTEG‐4F and PM6:YTEG‐4Cl organic photodetectors suppress dark current density by approximately 260‐fold and 210‐fold, respectively, while maintaining efficient photoresponse ...

Covalent Functionalization of 2D Semiconductors: A Roadmap to Advanced Electronic Devices
This Review presents recent advances in the covalent functionalization strategies for two‐dimensional semiconductors and their implementation in modern technologies. Layered materials are modified through diverse molecular chemistries (e.g., thiols, diazonium salts, alkyl halides, and electron‐deficient species) to tailor their surface properties ...

Balancing the spatially separated p‐ and n‐type transport pathways in heterojunction‐bilayer OTFTs enables symmetric inverter switching (VM ≈ 0.5VDD), whereas discrete integration of unipolar OTFTs gives polarity‐dependent and resistive responses. ABSTRACT High inverter performance in ambipolar organic electronics requires balanced channel strengths ...

Carbon in the Bottom Sediments
2004The burial and accumulation of carbon in the bottom sediments represents the final link in its turnover in the upper part of the biosphere. Subsequently to this stage, carbon is transformed within the geological cycling (katagenesis, metamorphism) and tens million of years pass before its reimbursement back to the upper spheres of the earth, ocean, and

BOTTOM SEDIMENTS AND NEAR-BOTTOM CURRENTS IN THE SOUTHWESTERN ATLANTIC
Геология и геофизика, 2015Abstract On the basis of the author’s data on the composition of sediments and seismic cross sections, together with literature data, the bottom topography was described and the main structural features of the top 10–100 m thick sedimentary sequence in the Southwestern Atlantic (Brazil Basin) were identified.

Neural Classifier for Bottom Sediments
2003The article presents the application of neural networks for classification of bottom sediments by means of broadband analysis of hydroacoustical signals. The results of detection of five classes of sediments using a multilayer perceptron with back-propagation have been described below.
