Optimal Control of an Allen-Cahn Equation with Singular Potentials and Dynamic Boundary Condition
In this paper, we investigate optimal control problems for Allen-Cahn equations with singular nonlinearities and a dynamic boundary condition involving singular nonlinearities and the Laplace-Beltrami operator.

Breast cancer remains a major cause of cancer death in women, frequently developing endocrine therapy resistance. This study demonstrates that upregulated p21‐activated kinase 1 (PAK1) activity drives resistance to tamoxifen and long‐term estrogen deprivation in ER+ breast cancer models.

Analysis of boundary effects in iterative learning control
Boundary effects in iterative learning control (ILC) algorithms are considered in this article. ILC algorithms involve filtering of input and error signals over finite-time intervals, often using non-causal filters, and it is important that the boundary ...

VALUATION OF BOUNDARY-LINKED ASSETS [PDF]
This article studies the valuation of boundary-linked assets and their derivatives in continuous-time markets. Valuing boundary-linked assets requires the solution of a stochastic differential equation with boundary conditions, which, often, is not ...

Inverse Optimality of Regulation Design for Korteweg-De Vries-Burgers Equation
In optimal control, it is often necessary to solve Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs (HJI) partial differential equation, but it is not only difficult to solve, sometimes even impossible to solve.

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...

Approximate robust output regulation of boundary control systems
We extend the internal model principle for systems with boundary control and boundary observation, and construct a robust controller for this class of systems.
