Continuability and boundedness of solutions to nonlinear second-order differential equations
Continuability, boundedness, and monotonicity of solutions for a class of second-order nonlinear differential equations are discussed. It is proved that all solutions are eventually monotonic and can be extended to infinity under some natural ...

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

RNA profiling of circulating extracellular vesicles (EVs) from blood samples of men undergoing prostate biopsy identifies transcripts associated with clinically significant prostate cancer. Integrative analysis with public tumor datasets links EV‐derived gene signatures to tumor stage and progression‐free survival, highlighting CASP3, XRCC2, and RIT1 ...

On the Boundedness of Degenerate Hypergraphs
We investigate the impact of a high-degree vertex in Turán problems for degenerate hypergraphs (including graphs). We say an $r$-graph $F$ is bounded if there exist constants $α, β>0$ such that for large $n$, every $n$-vertex $F$-free $r$-graph with a vertex of degree at least $α\binom{n-1}{r-1}$ has fewer than $(1-β) \cdot \mathrm{ex}(n,F)$ edges ...

Loss of IGF‐1R impairs DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin leading to defective end‐joining
IGF‐1R promotes radioresistance by facilitating DNA‐PKcs recruitment to chromatin, enabling non‐homologous end‐joining (NHEJ) repair of double‐strand breaks. Inhibition or loss of IGF‐1R disrupts this recruitment to damage sites, driving compensatory reliance on microhomology‐mediated end‐joining (MMEJ) repair.

This paper investigates the boundedness of multiplication operators Mψ between natural μ-Bloch-type spaces Bμ,nat(BX) (or their little μ-Bloch counterparts) and natural ω-Bloch-type spaces Bω,nat(BX) on the unit ball BX of a complex Banach space X.

Pair‐wise comparison of the CellSearch and FETCH enrichment technologies for circulating tumor cells (CTCs) from metastatic breast, prostate, and small cell lung cancer patients shows an increased capture of CTCs using FETCH enrichment. The clinical implementation of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) as a predictive tool for therapy efficacy in the ...

Stability for trajectories of periodic evolution families in Hilbert spaces
Let $q$ be a positive real number and let $A(\cdot)$ be a $q$-periodic linear operator valued function on a complex Hilbert space $H$, and let $D$ be a dense linear subspace of $H$.
