The novel styrylquinazolinone‐based molecule W1B effectively suppresses glioblastoma by inhibiting IGF1R and EGFR. In high‐glucose microenvironments driving tumor resistance, W1B acts synergistically with the EGFR inhibitor dacomitinib. This combination safely blocks compensatory survival signaling in zebrafish xenograft models. Showcasing promising in

Oncogenic DMTF1β promotes cancer cell motility by regulating autophagy through ULK1 stabilization
In the current study, we demonstrate that the oncogene DMTF1β regulates ULK1 stability by reducing its proteasomal degradation in cancer cells. This stabilization enables ULK1 to induce autophagy, which in turn facilitates cancer cell migration. Consequently, reduced DMTF1β levels lead to decreased autophagy and impaired cancer cell migration.

A priori and a posteriori estimates for solving one evolutionary inverse problem
This article considers an initial-boundary value problem for a system of parabolic equations, which arises when studying the flow of a binary mixture in a horizontal channel with walls heated non-uniformly.

Loss of proton‐sensing TDAG8 increases tumor progression in mouse models of colon cancer
Loss of the pH‐sensing receptor TDAG8 accelerates colorectal cancer progression in mice. Animals lacking TDAG8 expression had increased tumor growth, DNA damage, and recruitment of tumor‐associated immune cells, including macrophages, neutrophils, and monocytes.

Behavior of solutions of a discrete population model with mutualistic interaction
We focus on the stability analysis of two types of discrete dynamic models: a discrete dynamic equation and a discrete dynamics system consisting of two equations with mutualistic interaction given by xn+1=a+bxnλ−(xn−1+xn−k)c+xn−1+xn−k{x}_{n+1}=a+\frac{b{

A survey of degree-boundedness
Suppose a graph has no large balanced bicliques, but has large minimum degree. Then what can we say about its induced subgraphs? This question motivates the study of degree-boundedness, which is like $χ$-boundedness but for minimum degree instead of chromatic number. We survey this area with an eye towards open problems.
