CircRSU1 Activates the hnRNPA1/HIF‐1α/CD24 Signaling Axis, Promoting Stemness Features of Hepatocellular Carcinoma

This study reveals circRSU1 with important oncogenic roles in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). CircRSU1, highly abundant in HCC, interacts with and stabilizes hnRNPA1 from ubiquitination and degradation. This stabilization facilitates hnRNPA1 binding to the internal ribosome entry site of HIF1A to increase HIF‐1α protein translation.

Outstanding 1200 °C Oxidation Resistance in a Novel Multi‐Principal Element Alloy via Lattice Distortion‐Induced Diffusion Suppression

The unique lamellar structure of the eutectic alloy promotes selective oxidation of Al initially, while lattice distortion‐induced diffusion suppression slows oxide growth during steady state. Combining these strategies, a Multi‐Principal Element Alloy with excellent oxidation resistance at 1200℃ was designed.

Based on orbital magnetic moment control, a material design strategy is proposed for a giant converse magnetoelectric effect in multiferroic heterostructures. This study will pioneer a promising route toward low‐power spintronic devices with an electric field.

KMT2C Loss Promotes NF2‐Wildtype Meningioma Progression and Ferroptosis Sensitivity via Epigenetic Repression of Hippo Signaling

In NF2–wild‐type meningiomas, loss of the epigenetic regulator KMT2C suppresses NF2 transcription and inactivates Hippo signaling, driving tumor progression and increasing ferroptosis sensitivity. This review surveys nanoparticle‐based strategies to enhance adoptive cell therapy, particularly CAR‐T cell approaches, in solid tumor treatment. It describes how nanoparticles can improve tumor immunogenicity and T‐cell infiltration while reducing toxicity, and how they enable in vivo CAR‐T cell generation.
