Advanced Science, EarlyView.Engineered heart tissues (EHTs) derived from human iPSCs replicate mechanisms of ventricular tachycardia at the tissue level. Acquired Long‐QT conditions cause early afterdepolarizations, wavebreak, and transient rotors; in contrast, focal cryoinjury forms a stable substrate that supports ongoing reentry.
