Brain - computer interface [PDF]
Brain -computer interface - the interface that implements the connection between the human brain and the computer. The main idea is that when you think about action and do it, the same part of the brain is activated. In the middle of the XIX century ...

In MOCVD MoS2 memristors, a current compliance‐regulated Ag filament mechanism is revealed. The filament ruptures spontaneously during volatile switching, while subsequent growth proceeds vertically through the MoS2 layers and then laterally along the van der Waals gaps during nonvolatile switching.

Human-In-The-Loop Control and Task Learning for Pneumatically Actuated Muscle Based Robots
Pneumatically actuated muscles (PAMs) provide a low cost, lightweight, and high power-to-weight ratio solution for many robotic applications. In addition, the antagonist pair configuration for robotic arms make it open to biologically inspired control ...

Brain computer interface [PDF]
This report presents an EEG-based brain-computer interface (BCI) in which subjects could select a picture from a set on a computer screen. The application is centred on detecting steady-state visual evoked potentials (SSVEP) in EEG signals recorded on ...

We have developed DEX/GM, an all‐natural, personalizable hybrid vaccine designed by coating dendritic cell‐derived exosomes (DEX) onto tumor cell membranes (GM) for sustained prophylaxis against glioblastoma (GBM). ABSTRACT Glioblastoma (GBM), one of the most aggressive and lethal brain tumors, remains incurable with a poor clinical prognosis.

This study demonstrates an artificial polymodal nociceptor whose firing threshold is actively modulated by temperature. A volatile TiN/TiOx/ZnO/TiOx/ITO memristor shows interfacial ion–driven resistive switching and membrane‐potential‐like dynamics, enabling temperature‐dependent nociceptive behavior.

The Impact of Flow in an EEG-based Brain Computer Interface [PDF]
Major issues in Brain Computer Interfaces (BCIs) include low usability and poor user performance. This paper tackles them by ensuring the users to be in a state of immersion, control and motivation, called state of flow.
