Unleashing the Power of Machine Learning in Nanomedicine Formulation Development
A random forest machine learning model is able to make predictions on nanoparticle attributes of different nanomedicines (i.e. lipid nanoparticles, liposomes, or PLGA nanoparticles) based on microfluidic formulation parameters. Machine learning models are based on a database of nanoparticle formulations, and models are able to generate unique solutions

On some of convergence domains of multidimensional S-fractions with independent variables
The convergence of multidimensional S-fractions with independent variables is investigated using the multidimensional generalization of the classical Worpitzky's criterion of convergence, the criterion of convergence of the branched continued fractions ...

Discrete integrable systems generated by Hermite-Pad\'e approximants
We consider Hermite-Pad\'e approximants in the framework of discrete integrable systems defined on the lattice $\mathbb{Z}^2$. We show that the concept of multiple orthogonality is intimately related to the Lax representations for the entries of the ...

On the convergence of multidimensional S-fractions with independent variables
In this paper, we investigate the convergence of multidimensional S-fractions with independent variables, which are a multidimensional generalization of S-fractions.

A Termite‐Inspired Alternative to Cement
A termite‐inspired composite of clay, cellulose, and lignin forms a dense fibrous network with concrete‐like strength (32 MPa) and superior elasticity, processed at ambient temperature. Abstract Clay combined with organic materials is used by termites as a strong and durable construction material for their mounds with minimal environmental impact. Here,

Guided by the golden ratio, a class of aperiodic architected metamaterials is introduced to address the intrinsic trade‐off between strength and toughness. By unifying local geometric heterogeneity with global order, the golden‐ratio‐guided aperiodic architecture promotes spatial delocalization of damage tolerence regions, leading to more tortuous ...

The fundamental intricate couplings between electrolyte wetting and fracture evolution are investigated in large single‐crystal V2O5 samples using both experimental techniques and simulations. Both approaches reveal consistent fracture patterns and lithium distribution concentration maps influenced by the wetting mechanism.
