ABSTRACT Exogenous melatonin has emerged as a pivotal multifunctional signaling molecule, recognized for its critical role in enhancing stress tolerance and improving crop productivity. N6‐methyladenosine (m6A) is the most prevalent internal modification found in eukaryotic mRNA and plays a crucial role in regulating plant growth, development, and ...

The Roles of Plant MicroRNAs in Defence Against Pathogens
miRNAs modulate plant immunity against various pathogens, including fungi, bacteria, viruses, nematodes and oomycetes, by targeting pathogen effectors and modulating hormonal signalling. ABSTRACT MicroRNAs (miRNAs) are a class of noncoding RNAs that play important roles in regulating gene expression.

Transcription Factor PFB1 Is Required for the Botrytis cinerea Effector BcSCR1‐Mediated Pathogenesis
The transcription factor PFB1 interacts with the Botrytis cinerea effector BcSCR1, which represses PFB1's transcriptional activation. This interaction leads to the down‐regulation of OPR3 and WRKY33 expression, resulting in reduced resistance to B. cinerea infection in Arabidopsis.

Diploid origins and early genome stabilization in the allotetraploid Arabidopsis suecica
Summary Polyploidization, followed by genome downsizing, is a recurrent evolutionary cycle that dramatically reshapes genome structure. Newly formed polyploids must quickly adjust their cell division machinery to maintain stable chromosome inheritance, while long‐term stabilization involves rediploidization, returning the genome to a diploid‐like state.
