Shapeshifting Nanocatalyst for CO2 Conversion

A multi‐modal in situ characterization of Ag‐Cu nanoparticles during CO2 photoreduction sheds light on dynamic transformations occurring during reaction. The Cu(core)‐Ag(shell) nanoparticles present the Ag replacement by Cu atoms. Ag is trapped at the subsurface forming a Ag‐Cu‐O phase, and the nanoparticle spreads over the substrate.

Interface‐Induced Stability of Nontrivial Topological Spin Textures: Unveiling Room‐Temperature Hopfions and Skyrmions

The first room‐temperature, zero‐field observation of stable skyrmion–hopfion spin textures in EuS─Bi2Se3─EuS trilayers is reported. Combining Lorentz TEM imaging and micromagnetic modeling, the authors unveil how interfacial Dzyaloshinskii–Moriya interaction and geometric confinement stabilize these multidimensional topological states.

High Transconductance on Thiophene‐Based Vertical Organic Electrochemical Transistors

Vertical organic electrochemical transistors (vOECTs) fabricated with the organic mixed ionic‐electronic conductors poly(3‐hexylthiophene‐2,5‐diyl) (P3HT) and poly(3‐[2‐[2‐(2‐methoxyethoxy)ethoxy]ethyl]thiophene‐2,5‐diyl) (P3MEEET) demonstrate excellent performance, exhibiting high transconductance, large on‐currents, and high on/off ratios.
