2023Clinical History: A 40-year-old female presented to surgery department with complaint of right breast lump since 6 months without pain. No significant history for breast malignancy was found. On examination, firm non-painful lump was palpated causing breast asymmetry. Overlying skin appeared unremarkable.

An unusual case of breast plasmacytoma associated with a multiple myeloma is reported. Breast plasmacytoma is exceedingly rare. We identified 37 cases published between 1928 and 1999, and reviewed the clinical features of this unusual presentation of plasmacytoma.

Adenomyoepithelioma of the Breast
Tumori Journal, 2007Adenomyoepithelioma of the breast is an uncommon tumor characterized by the presence of both epithelial and myoepithelial cells; its first full description was published in 1970 by Hamperl. A 45-year-old woman presented a left breast lump that had been palpable for 4 weeks. There was no family history of breast cancer.
