Keratin 19 (KRT19) is overexpressed in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer with high levels of Kallikrein‐related peptidases (KLK) 4–7 and is associated with poor survival. In vivo analyses demonstrate that elevated KRT19 increases peritoneal tumour burden.

Hippo pathway at the crossroads of stemness and therapeutic resistance in breast cancer
Dysregulation of the Hippo pathway drives nuclear accumulation of YAP/TAZ, activating stemness‐related transcriptional programs that sustain breast cancer stemness and fuel therapeutic resistance across subtypes, underscoring Hippo signaling as a targetable vulnerability. Figure created and edited with BioRender.com.

CCDC80 suppresses high‐grade serous ovarian cancer migration via negative regulation of B7‐H3
PAX8 is a lineage‐specific master regulator of transcription in high‐grade serous ovarian cancer (HGSC) progression. We show for the first time that PAX8 facilitates proliferation and metastasis by repressing the cell autonomous tumor suppressor CCDC80 and inducing B7‐H3 expression.

Association between Silicone Breast Implants and Autoimmune Diseases
BACKGROUND AND AIM: Silicone breast implants have, for a long time, been considered as biologically inert and harmless. However the relationship between silicone breast implants and the risk of autoimmune diseases has generated intense medical interest ...

A Rare Complication of Silicone Breast Implant Rupture
Rupture of silicone breast implants is common with the time spent in situ but often goes undetected. We encountered a 55-year-old woman who presented with symptoms attributable to hypercalcemia after undergoing the removal of ruptured silicone breast ...

Beyond its role in immune evasion, this study identified that CD47 drives tumor‐intrinsic signaling in non‐small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Transcriptomic profiling and functional studies revealed that CD47 regulates cell adhesion, migration, and metastasis through an ERK–EMT signaling axis.

KDM7A and KDM1A inhibition suppresses tumour promoting pathways in prostate cancer
Treatment resistance is a major challenge for patients with advanced prostate cancer. This study examined an alternative approach to target the major prostate cancer‐promoting pathway by targeting epigenetic factors, whose levels are higher in tumours.

CIN85 is highly expressed in osteosarcoma, particularly in metastatic lesions. Its overexpression increases cell migration and Matrigel invasion, while silencing CIN85 suppresses these behaviors. Transcriptome analysis shows that CIN85 regulates MMP2, COL3A1, and Akt/mTOR signaling. Targeting these pathways reverses CIN85‐induced motility, highlighting

Breast-Shape Classification and Implant Construction Method for Unilateral Breast Reconstruction
Unilateral breast reconstruction is different from bilateral breast reconstruction and breast augmentation, as it requires more consideration of the symmetry between the reconstructed breast and the contralateral breast.

Form-Stable Highly Cohesive gel Breast Implants [PDF]
Highly cohesive, form-stable cohesive gel implants were introduced in 1993. This resulted in a paradigm shift in breast augmentation surgery. With the introduction of shaped textured implants, surgeon started to think in terms of shape and dimensions ...
