Artesunate Nanoplatform Targets the Serine–MAPK Axis in Cancer‐Associated Fibroblasts to Reverse Photothermal Resistance in Triple‐Negative Breast Cancer

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
The artesunate nanoplatform selectively targets ECM CAF, functioning as a GTPase inhibitor through disruption of intracellular serine homeostasis. This metabolic intervention effectively suppresses MAPK cascade activity, which consequently inhibits PTT‐induced CAF to ECM CAF differentiation.

Quantifying admissible undersampling for sparsity-exploiting iterative image reconstruction in X-ray CT

open access: yes, 2012
Iterative image reconstruction (IIR) with sparsity-exploiting methods, such as total variation (TV) minimization, investigated in compressive sensing (CS) claim potentially large reductions in sampling requirements.

Spatial Coordination Structure‐Driven Enzyme‐Like Selectivity in Single‐Atom Nanozymes

open access: yesAdvanced Materials, EarlyView.
Sun et al. reviews recent progress in enhancing the enzyme‐like catalytic selectivity of SAzymes through the rational design of their spatial coordination structures. They emphasize the structure‐activity relationships of various attributes of these coordination structures in promoting selective catalytic behavior, the strategic design of coordination ...
