Stability to weak dissipative Bresse system
The paper deals with the Bresse system with frictional dissipation working only on the angle displacement. The Bresse system is also known as the circular arch problem. It is given by the coupled system of three second order hyperbolic equations. The authors have proved that, the system is not exponentially stable, in general.

A nonlinear thermoelastic Bresse system: Global existence and exponential stability
In this paper, the authors deal with the nonlinear thermoelastic system, given by four equations of Bresse model. The first equation is a nonlinear equation describing the vertical motion of the curved beam, the others three equations are linear and describing the shear motion, the longitudinal motion and the heat conduction respectively.

The present paper investigates the stability of a one-dimensional thermoelastic-Bresse system, where viscoelastic damping is acting on the vertical angle displacement and thermal dissipation governed by Maxwell–Cattaneo’s law is effective on the shear ...

Bresse systems with localized Kelvin-Voigt dissipation
We study the effect of localized viscoelastic dissipation for curved beams. We consider a circular beam with three components, two of them viscous with constitutive laws of Kelvin-Voigt type, one continuous and the other discontinuous. The third component is elastic without any dissipative mechanism. Our main result is that the rate of decay depends on
