Evaluation of Brest Cancer Detection Algorithm
2019 IEEE CHILEAN Conference on Electrical, Electronics Engineering, Information and Communication Technologies (CHILECON), 2019In this paper is presented the evaluation of an algorithm for detection of microcalcifications in breast images, allowing us early breast cancer prevention. The Creme Filter is an algorithm with only one parameter “n” that permits to observe the texture dependence when the parameter is changed.

Tetrolet transform based efficient brest cancer classification system
Second International Conference on Current Trends In Engineering and Technology - ICCTET 2014, 2014The leading cause of cancer mortality among women arises due to breast cancer. Digital mammogram plays an important role for cancer diagnosis. The early sign of breast cancer is the appearance of microcalcifications clusters on mammogram images. An efficient method to classify the microcalcification severity is presented in this paper.

A retrospective analysis of treatment in triple-negative brest cancer (TNBC)
Journal of Clinical Oncology, 2009e11623 Background: TNBC makes about 12.5% of all breast cancer. TNBC show have a poor prognosis due to the aggressive biology with relative resistance to systemic therapies. 85% of TNBC are basal-like subtype. Basal-like TNBC are diagnosed by a positive CK5/14 stainig in immunohistochemical staining.
