Performance of Strip Seals in Iowa Bridges, Project TR-437, January 2001
A pilot study was conducted on the premature failures of neoprene strip seals in expansion joints in Iowa bridges. In a relatively large number of bridges, strip seals have pulled out of the steel extrusions or otherwise failed well before the expected ...

Abstract This clinical report presents a comprehensive digital workflow for rehabilitating a patient with maxillary terminal dentition using a full‐arch, implant‐supported fixed dental prosthesis (FP‐1). It highlights the integration of a 3D‐printed polychromatic flangeless trial denture and a customized anatomic bone reduction template, enabling ...

Abstract A sixty‐eight‐year‐old male presented to the dental clinic seeking a complete mouth rehabilitation. He exhibited generalized dental caries, dental staining, cervical lesions, fremitus, and anterior wear. After declining tooth‐retaining options, he elected full‐mouth extractions with immediately loaded implant‐supported prostheses.

Soft Tissue Substitutes: Current Biomaterials and Indications at Teeth and Implant Sites
This manuscript provides an updated overview of the current evidence on soft tissue graft substitutes for teeth and dental implants. When appropriately indicated, these biomaterials offer a reliable, less invasive alternative to autogenous grafts, effectively improving root coverage, keratinized mucosa width, and soft tissue thickness with reduced ...
