High-resolution FPGA-pulse width modulation applied to PFC 2 MHz converter using eGaN field effect transistor

open access: yesThe Journal of Engineering, 2019
This study proposes an implementation based on a low-cost field-programmable gate array (FPGA) of a high-resolution pulse width modulation applied on a single-phase power factor correction (PFC) converter operating with 2 MHz switch frequency.

Time-division-multiplex control scheme for voltage multiplier rectifiers

open access: yesThe Journal of Engineering, 2017
A voltage multiplier rectifier with a novel time-division-multiplexing (TDM) control scheme for high step-up converters is proposed in this study. In the proposed TDM control scheme, two full-wave voltage doubler rectifiers can be combined to realise a ...

Normalized parameters of a magnetoresistive sensor in bridge circuits

open access: yesMoldavian Journal of the Physical Sciences, 2021
Magnetoresistive sensors are considered as part of bridge circuits for measuring magnetic field strength and electric current value. Normalized or relative expressions are introduced to change the resistance of the sensor and the measured bridge voltage ...

Constant frequency, non‐isolated multichannel LED driver based on variable inductor

open access: yesIET Circuits, Devices and Systems, 2021
To obtain the required LED‐driving current, variable frequency control directly leads to large reactive circulation, and the design of the electromagnetic interference circuit is more complex.

Bridging Dimensions: Demultiplexing Ultrahigh-Density Nanowire Circuits

open access: yesScience, 2005
A demultiplexer is an electronic circuit designed to separate two or more combined signals. We report on a demultiplexer architecture for bridging from the submicrometer dimensions of lithographic patterning to the nanometer-scale dimensions that can be achieved through nanofabrication methods for the selective addressing of ultrahigh ...

Bridging fault testability of BDD circuits [PDF]

open access: yesProceedings of the ASP-DAC 2005. Asia and South Pacific Design Automation Conference, 2005., 2005
In this paper we study the testability of circuits derived from binary decision diagrams (BDDs) under the bridging fault model. It is shown that testability can be formulated in terms of symbolic BDD operations. By this, test pattern generation can be carried out in polynomial time. A technique to improve testability is presented.
