FROM CIRCUITS TO BEHAVIOR:

open access: yesNature Neuroscience, 2012
Neuroscience seeks to understand how neural circuits lead to behavior. However, the gap between circuits and behavior is too wide. An intermediate level is one of neural computations, which occur in individual neurons and populations of neurons. Some computations seem to be canonical: repeated and combined in different ways across the brain.

Formation of Quasi‐Decoupling Interface on Li‐Metal Anodes in High Donor Electrolyte

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Li‐metal anode (LMA) is stabilized by introducing Li2Te2 as an electrolyte additive for Li‐metal batteries. Upon contact with Li, Li2Te2 spontaneously converts to Li2Te, which electronically isolates Li from dimethyl sulfoxide due to its large bandgap and minimal Bader charge transfer.

Multiple modular DC transformer for flexible HVDC application

open access: yesThe Journal of Engineering, 2019
This study proposes a novel multiple modular dc transformer (MMDCT) scheme for flexible high-voltage dc (HVDC) application. The MMDCT is composed of n consistent modular dual-active-bridge converters (MDABs), and every MDAB can work independently.

Exploring Pb‐Chelation Chemistry in the Crystallization Dynamics of Halide Perovskites

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A mechanism of how Pb‐chelation chemistry governs coordination geometry and initial nucleation behavior at the precursor level of halide perovskite, by regulating the deprotonation state of a chelating additive, is elucidated. This allows for innovative reaction‐system design principles that promote coherent growth while suppressing defect formation in

Dual‐Function Interface Engineering for δ‐Phase‐Free Crystallization Toward Efficient and Stable FAPbI3 Perovskite Solar Cells

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
This work presents a dual‐function interface engineering strategy using PEACl to suppress the formation of the non‐perovskite δ‐FAPbI3 phase at the critical SnO2 buried interface. This approach enables the direct crystallization of the photoactive α‐phase, yielding highly efficient and stable rigid (25.6%) and flexible perovskite solar cells with ...

Design of an improved RCD buffer circuit for full bridge circuit [PDF]

open access: yesAIP Conference Proceedings, 2017
In the full bridge inverter circuit, when the switch tube suddenly opened or closed, the inductor current changes rapidly. Due to the existence of parasitic inductance of the main circuit. Therefore, the surge voltage between drain and source of the switch tube can be generated, which will have an impact on the switch and the output voltage.

Dual‐Inductive and Programmable Switching: A New Paradigm in Ionic Interface‐Controlled Perovskite Memory

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A fully programmable, dual‐inductive switchable halide perovskite memristor is demonstrated through precise BDAI2‐mediated interface engineering. This ion‐modulating layer suppresses stochastic filamentary growth, enabling stable, non‐filamentary switching via dynamic barrier modulation.
