Early detection of asthma in children is crucial to prevent long-term respiratory complications and reduce emergency interventions. This work presents an AI-powered diagnostic pipeline that leverages Googles Health Acoustic Representations (HeAR) model to detect early signs of asthma from pediatric respiratory sounds.

Airway basal stem cells derived from COVID‐19 patients demonstrated pronounced goblet cell hyperplasia, inflammatory responses and tendencies toward fibrosis. Co‐culture with mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) notably reduced these pathological changes, likely due to MSCs' regulatory effects on the interferon signalling pathway.

In this study, we collected chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) lung tissue using single‐cell RNA sequencing (scRNA‐seq), revealing club cell heterogeneity and cellular senescence in COPD.
