Among primary lung tumors, mucoepidermoid carcinoma (MEC) represents a rare entity, accounting for 0.1%–0.2% of cases. Prognostic Analysis of Lung Cancer With Brain Metastases in Elderly Patients: A Multicenter Retrospective Study
