We consider a stochastic particle model for coagulating particles, whose free motion is Brownian, with diffusivity given by Einstein's law. We present in outline a derivation from this model of a spatially inhomogeneous version of Smoluchowski's coagulation equation.

AMDEN is a diffusion model framework for the inverse design of amorphous materials with targeted properties. By incorporating Hamiltonian Monte Carlo refinement into the denoising process, the framework overcomes the challenge of generating thermally relaxed disordered structures.

A group action on increasing sequences of set-indexed Brownian motions
We prove that a square-integrable set-indexed stochastic process is a set-indexed Brownian motion if and only if its projection on all the strictly increasing continuous sequences are one-parameter G-time-changed Brownian motions.

Polyelectrolyte scaffold coatings modified with Cu and Fe3O4 nanoparticles regulate neural stem cell behavior in vitro. Increased Fe3O4 content enhances mitochondrial activity and neuronal differentiation, whereas higher Cu levels reduce cell viability.
