Brushless servomotor control

1990
Abstract ‘To control’ is defined as ‘to manipulate an object so as to serve a certain purpose (so as to make it work as desired).’ In our case, the motor is called the controlled system, the physical quantities (voltage, current, frequency, torque, angular velocity, and angle) are called the controlled variables, the required ...

Moving Coil Brushless Motor

2021
A moving coil brushless motor including an actuator having a stator and a rotor. The stator includes a cylindrical array of permanent magnets. The rotor includes a coil assembly having a plurality of coils interposed between a stator back plate and the permanent magnet array. The coil assembly rotates relative to the array of permanent magnets.

Brushless DC Starter Generator

1971
Abstract : The report covers work performed on the design and development of a Brushless DC Starter Generator System and its testing. The unit was built and tested as a DC power generator and aircraft engine starter. In the generating mode the unit produced 200 amperes at 28-30 VDC within plus or minus 0.5V regulation. The unit was tested over the full
