Climate Stress Testing on European SME Securitised Loans Under Climate Mitigation Scenarios
ABSTRACT Assessing the future impact of climate risks on the probability of default (PD) of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) is challenging due to limited disclosure, policy uncertainty and exposure to physical risks. This paper addresses this gap by integrating macroeconomic variables from the Network for Greening the Financial System (NGFS ...

The effect of trait choice on hybrid species distribution model projections under climate change
Species distribution models (SDMs) have been increasingly combined with thermal performance data to enhance their transferability and to provide a physiological explanation for the predicted geographic patterns. Yet, while it is widely acknowledged that thermal sensitivities may vary among biological traits, it remains largely unexplored to what extent

A practical and scalable route to C1 and C2 lysine homologs has been developed using Hofmann degradation of N‐protected L‐asparagine and L‐glutamine as the key step. These short‐tether scaffolds enable efficient synthesis of diverse Fmoc‐protected noncanonical amino acids (ncAAs) bearing donor, acceptor, redox‐active, and fluorescent residues.

The conserved threonine-rich region of the HCF-1PRO repeat activates promiscuous OGT:UDP-GlcNAc glycosylation and proteolysis activities [PDF]
O-Linked GlcNAc transferase (OGT) possesses dual glycosyltransferase-protease activities. OGT thereby stably glycosylates serines and threonines of numerous proteins and, via a transient glutamate glycosylation, cleaves a single known substrate-the so ...
