ABSTRACT Proliferative Kidney Disease (PKD) is a severe parasitic disease of salmonids caused by the malacosporean endoparasite Tetracapsuloides bryosalmonae. In the fish intermediate host, the parasite is disseminated via the circulatory system and ultimately reaches the kidney, where it matures before releasing infective spores into the environment ...

Discovery of a Potent, Covalent BTK Inhibitor for B‑Cell Lymphoma
BTK is a member of the TEC family of non-receptor tyrosine kinases whose deregulation has been implicated in a variety of B-cell-related diseases. We have used structure-based drug design in conjunction with kinome profiling and cellular assays to ...

In adults with hematologic malignancies, RSV vaccination was safe and induced antibody and T‐cell responses. However, antibody levels were lower and declined more rapidly than in healthy controls. While early immune responses were evident, reduced magnitude and durability of protection suggest the need for optimized vaccination strategies in this high ...

Visible‐Light‐Initiated, Nickel‐Catalyzed Aminocarbonylation of Alkynyl Iodides to 2‐Ynamides
Visible light initiates a nickel‐catalyzed aminocarbonylation of alkynyl iodides, enabling the synthesis of 2‐ynamides under low carbon monoxide pressure. The method operates under mild conditions, tolerates a broad substrate scope, and proceeds through a light‐triggered nickel(I)/nickel(III) carbonylative pathway.

Re‐envisioning the Ligandable Proteome: Reactive Metallo‐Scaffolds (r‐mS) combine non‐covalent protein engagement by a metallo‐scaffold with covalent cysteine capture through a tethered chloroacetamide warhead. Chemoproteomic profiling reveals unique enzyme engagement including ligases, kinases and methyltransferases, highlighting opportunities for ...

ABSTRACT Cardiovascular adverse events (CVAEs) associated with bispecific T‐cell engaging antibodies (BsAbs) have not been systematically investigated across approved agents. In this disproportionality analysis of FAERS (December 2014–September 2025), reports listing BsAbs as the primary suspected drug (n = 7647) were compared with all other drugs in ...

ABSTRACT Background Although chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) typically follows an indolent course involving blood, lymph nodes, and bone marrow, extranodal organ involvement is rare and poorly characterized. Methods We retrospectively analyzed 19 patients with histologically confirmed extranodal CLL or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), assessing ...
