Transducers convert physical signals into electrical and optical representations, yet each mechanism is bounded by intrinsic trade‐offs across bandwidth, sensitivity, speed, and energy. This review maps transduction mechanisms across physical scale and frequency, showing how heterogeneous integration and multiphysics co‐design transform isolated ...

What determines fiscal balances? An empirical investigation in determinants of changes in OECD budget balances [PDF]
Fiscal balances have deteriorated quickly in recent years, bringing back to the foreground the question what factors help explain such sharp changes. This paper takes a broad perspective at the issue regarding countries included, the range of explanatory

Additively Manufactured Porous Ceramics as Tunable Dielectrics for Passive Temperature Sensing
Porous ceramic lattices, 3D‐printed from a multicomponent oxide ink, are integrated with LC resonators for passive wireless temperature sensing. By tuning porosity, the dielectric properties and RF response are engineered to produce distinct resonant frequency shifts with temperature. The results establish a structure‐driven approach to customizing the

Influence of the resource potential of the region on the level of financial stability
The possibilities of effective use of regional resources are largely determined by the level of financial stability, which also plays an important role in overcoming depression and in ensuring the stable development of regional socio-economic systems ...

Optoelectronically Active GaAs/GeSn‐MQW/Ge Heterojunctions Created via Semiconductor Grafting
Semiconductor Grafting enables a lattice‐mismatched GaAs/GeSn‐MQW/Ge heterojunction with engineered band offsets and optical field distribution. The enlarged conduction and valence band discontinuities govern asymmetric carrier transport, producing bias‐dependent dual‐mode photodetection from visible to near‐infrared wavelengths.

This work presents a state‐adaptive Koopman linear quadratic regulator framework for real‐time manipulation of a deformable swab tool in robotic environmental sampling. By combining Koopman linearization, tactile sensing, and centroid‐based force regulation, the system maintains stable contact forces and high coverage across flat and inclined surfaces.

Social Cognitive Theory Implementation: The Impact of Herding Behavior on Boosting Budget Absorption
The Ministry of Religious Affairs (MoRA) mandated 70% budget absorption target by July. MoRA's Central Java Province achieved 48–49% in 2022–2023. No prior research whether herding bias moderate the relationship between these structural factors and ...
