Perpetual right of use and transformation into the property vested to the building owner

open access: yesZbornik Pravnog fakulteta Sveučilišta u Rijeci, 1999

Liquid biopsy‐based diagnostic evaluation of hypermethylated CpG sites for ovarian cancer diagnosis

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
This schematic outlines the workflow from biomarker identification to duplex MethyLight assay validation for epithelial ovarian cancer diagnosis using cfDNA‐based liquid biopsy. Initial screening of hypermethylated CpG candidates (cg02957270, cg10061138 cg00480298, COL2A1) was performed in tissue using ARMS‐PCR, COBRA, qPCR and image analysis. Selected

Building agricultural potential: Utilization of former land use rights by spatial planning

open access: yesSocial, Ecology, Economy for Sustainable Development Goals Journal
Background: Areas that were once Cultivation Rights (HGU) in Manokwari Selatan District are the subject of this research. Residents must follow the Regional Spatial Plan (RTRW) to use the land. This study aims to identify the potential for land development and analyze the current spatial allocation and arrangement in the former HGU area. Methods: Using

Patient therapy outcome modeling in cancer organoids is improved by cancer‐associated fibroblasts and organoid assembly convolution

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
Patient‐derived organoids (PDOs) from pancreatic, colorectal, and gastric cancers were used to evaluate standard and experimental therapies. Incorporating cancer‐associated fibroblasts (CAFs) into organoid cultures improved patient therapy outcome prediction.

ZW4864‐mediated inhibition of the β‐catenin/BCL9/BCL9L complex reveals therapeutic potential in bladder cancer

open access: yesMolecular Oncology, EarlyView.
BCL9 and BCL9L drive bladder cancer progression by enhancing β‐catenin signaling, promoting proliferation, migration, invasion, and organoid growth. Genetic depletion of BCL9(L) suppresses malignant phenotypes, while pharmacological disruption of the β‐catenin/BCL9(L) complex with ZW4864 inhibits canonical Wnt signaling and tumor‐associated cellular ...

Towards upgrading the lowland bamboo (Oxytenanthera abyssinica (A.Rich.) Munro) value chains in Ethiopia: Available resources versus economic development perspectives

open access: yesAdvances in Bamboo Science
Ethiopia holds vast, ISO-compliant lowland bamboo reserves (Oxytenanthera abyssinica), yet this resource remains largely untapped beyond local consumption. This study synthesizes current evidence and field assessments to identify key systemic barriers in

Raman‐based label‐free microscopic analysis of the pancreas in living zebrafish larvae

open access: yesFEBS Open Bio, EarlyView.
Forward stimulated Raman scattering (F‐SRS) and epi coherent anti‐Stokes Raman scattering (E‐CARS) allow label‐free discrimination of distinct subcellular structures in the pancreas of living zebrafish larvae. Given the straightforward applicability, we anticipate broad implementation of Raman microscopy in other organs and across various biomedical ...
