Bulbil Production in Conocephalum conicum (L.) Dumort

Two new sites are reported for the production of bulbils in Conocephalum conicum, namely (1) any place on the ventral epidermis and (2) the parenchyma between the dorsal and ventral epidermis. Bulbils are readily produced by keeping thallus fragments in the dark for about 28 days.
