Bulk-Fill Kompozit Rezinler

open access: yesNecmettin Erbakan Universitesi Dis Hekimligi Dergisi (NEU Dent J), Necmettin Erbakan, 2020

The effect of depth of cure on microhardness between bulk-fill and hybrid composite resin material

open access: yesSaudi Dental Journal
Background: Functional properties should be considered when selecting composites for restorations. With bulk-fill resin composites, the disadvantages of conventional composites were overcome regarding the increments necessitating the application of a 2 ...

MICROINFILTRAÇÃO DE RESINAS BULK FILL: REVISÃO CRÍTICA

open access: yes, 2023
Composite resins are the most widely used restorative materials today. Seeking to solve the problem of polymerization shrinkage and the reduction of the amount of increments in the insertion phase, resins called bulk-fill appeared on the market ...

The Effect of Shade and Thickness on the Depth of Cure of Bulk-Fill Composites with Different Viscosities

open access: yesJournal of Dentistry, 2020
Statement of the Problem: In an attempt to enhance and simplify the restoration process, a new class of composite resins, called the bulk fill composite resins have been introduced. It is claimed that a depth of cure (DOC) of 4 mm can be achieved without

Bulk fill restoratives: To cap or not to cap – That is the question?

open access: yesJournal of Dentistry, 2015
To assess the cuspal deflection and cervical microleakage scores of standardised large mesio-occlusal-distal (MOD) cavities filled with different restoration protocols: (1) conventional resin restoratives, (2) bulk fill flowable base materials 'capped' with a conventional dimethacrylate resin-based composite (RBC) or (3) bulk fill resin restorative ...

Protein pyrophosphorylation by inositol pyrophosphates — detection, function, and regulation

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
Protein pyrophosphorylation is an unusual signaling mechanism that was discovered two decades ago. It can be driven by inositol pyrophosphate messengers and influences various cellular processes. Herein, we summarize the research progress and challenges of this field, covering pathways found to be regulated by this posttranslational modification as ...

Transferrin receptor 1‐mediated iron uptake supports thermogenic activation in human cervical‐derived adipocytes

open access: yesFEBS Letters, EarlyView.
In this study, we found that human cervical‐derived adipocytes maintain intracellular iron level by regulating the expression of iron transport‐related proteins during adrenergic stimulation. Melanotransferrin is predicted to interact with transferrin receptor 1 based on in silico analysis.

Marginal Gap Formation in Approximal "Bulk Fill" Resin Composite Restorations After Artificial Ageing.

open access: yes, 2018
The aim of this in vitro study was to investigate the marginal gap formation of a packable "regular" resin composite (Filtek Supreme XTE [3M ESPE]) and two flowable "bulk fill" resin composites (Filtek Bulk Fill [3M ESPE] and SDR [DENTSPLY DeTrey]) along

In Vitro Biocompatibility of Contemporary Bulk-fill Composites [PDF]

open access: yesOperative Dentistry, 2015
SUMMARY This study evaluated the biocompatibility of contemporary bulk-fill resin-based composites (RBCs) including PRG (pre-reacted glass ionomer) materials based on the International Organization for Standardization 10993. In addition, the effect of composite thickness on cytotoxicity was also assessed.
