Does a Specialized Niche Market Vegetable Processor Enjoy Bargaining Power?
Agribusiness, EarlyView.ABSTRACT Agribusiness companies may achieve competitive advantage through specialization within niche markets. One such niche is the fresh‐cut fruit and vegetable market, which has been steadily growing in Germany.
