Nucleophilic Reactions of Cyclobutenones and the Related 4,4‐Dichlorocyclobutenone Derivatives
Cyclobutenone derivates and their 4,4‐dichloro counterparts have an uninterrupted attention as useful synthons in the synthesis of complex organic molecules. Their nucleophilic reactions remain underexplored. This review brings attention to these reactions, whose outcome is not straightforward.

Banana blossom (Musa paradisiaca spp.). Segregation of different parts (Pistil, Calyx, Bract, Stem). Nutritional, Functional and Analytical Characterisation. Bract has high carbohydrate, aminoacids and nutrient profile. Stem has high protein and colour stability. Pistil has better flavour binding, lipid interactions and strong cooking stability. Banana

Abstract BACKGROUND Defatted solids (DSs) from vegetable oil extraction represent valuable feedstocks for producing protein concentrates with tailored functional properties. In the present study, using peanut protein concentrates obtained from press cakes defatted with ethanol (DSEt) or hexane (DSHx), we aimed to evaluate ethanol as a green solvent for

Copolymers based on charge‐shifting (DMAEA) and permanently charged (AETAC) cationic acrylates were copolymerized via the RAFT process to achieve polycations with well‐defined composition. Moderate content of AETAC did not affect hydrolysis rates but significantly enhanced heparin binding.

Thiolate Salt Mediated Dynamic Silyl Ether Exchanges for Polymer Network Design and Deconstruction
This work introduces thiolate salts as mediators for dynamic silyl ether exchange. This platform enables the synthesis of reprocessable covalent adaptable polymer networks (CANs) and allows for sterically controlled, and tunable deconstruction of silyl ether‐containing thermosets.

Who gets redeployed? Inventor characteristics and resource redeployment decisions
Abstract Research Summary While the literature highlights the benefits of internally redeploying resources, there is less empirical guidance on which resources are most likely to be redeployed. We examine the relationship between inventor characteristics and redeployment decisions, motivated by the tension between costs and benefits of keeping a ...

Operando EC‐STM reveals that an NHC‐based SMOF on Au(111), initially frozen in interconnected 1D chains, dynamically reconfigures under cathodic bias into a fluxional structure bearing undercoordinated Au sites while abstracting Au atoms from the support.

INVESTIGATION OF CONVERSION OF N-BUTANE TO LIGHT OLEFINS ON CATALYSTS Pd/ℽ-Al2O3 AND Pd/SiO2
The results of the conversion of n-butane on supported palladium catalysts in a stationary mode in the temperature range of 400-600 °C, at atmospheric pressure and a volumetric feed rate of n-butane of 250 h–1 are presented.

This study addresses stability, repair, and recycling in flexible devices using polymers with identical dynamic bonds but incompatible backbones. This enables robust integration, precise self‐healing, and full recyclability. We demonstrate optoelectronic sensors that, after damage, magnetically self‐assemble and heal upon heating.
