Existence of complete Lyapunov functions for semiflows on separable metric spaces [PDF]

open access: yes, 2011
The aim of this short note is to show how to construct a complete Lyapunov function of a semiflow by using a complete Lyapunov function of its time-one map.

Hamiltonian formalism and spacetime symmetries in generic DSR models

open access: yes, 2004
We study the structure of the phase space of generic models of deformed special relativity that gives rise to a definition of velocity consistent with the deformed Lorentz symmetry. As a byproduct we also determine the laws of transformation of spacetime

Magnetothermal‐Triggered Response and Self‐Healing of Recyclable and Reprocessable Nanocomposites for Actuation Systems

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
Developing recyclable materials for magnetic robotics that combine rapid response and self‐healing properties is challenging. Hence, this study focuses on the integration of magnetothermal nanoparticles into a dynamic sorbitol‐based vitrimer, a recyclable composite capable of remote actuation and self‐healing by magnetic heating.

MXene/PEDOT Functional Coatings on Flexible Microelectrode Arrays for Multianalyte In Vivo Neurochemical Sensing and Electrophysiology

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A MXene/PEDOT coating enables multimodal functionality and dual‐analyte detection of dopamine and serotonin in flexible microelectrode arrays while enhancing electrophysiological recording quality. The anti‐fouling, low‐impedance interface overcomes key limitations of conventional coatings, providing a robust and versatile platform to investigate the ...

A quantum probabilistic approach to Hecke algebras for $\mathfrak{p}$-adic ${\rm PGL}_2$

open access: yes, 2018
The subject of the present paper is an application of quantum probability to $p$-adic objects. We give a quantum-probabilistic interpretation of the spherical Hecke algebra for ${\rm PGL}_2(F)$, where $F$ is a $p$-adic field.

High‐Throughput Exfoliation of Optoelectronic‐Grade MoS2 via Turbulent‐Flow Wet Jet Milling

open access: yesAdvanced Functional Materials, EarlyView.
A scalable wet jet milling exfoliation method is demonstrated for producing optoelectronic‐grade MoS2 nanosheets using environmentally friendly ethyl cellulose in ethanol dispersion media. Guided by fluid dynamics modeling, this approach is optimized to achieve record‐high exfoliation throughput and concentration.
