An unexpected tumor suppressor role for VAV1a

RHO GDP/GTP exchange factors, including VAV1, are considered key protumorigenic factors. Against this paradigm, we have found that VAV1 plays tumor suppressor roles by buffering NOTCH1 signals in thymocytes.
