Realization of C-60 whiskers incorporated chalcopyrite CuInxGa1-xSe2 in Cu2Se/C-60/In3Se2/C-60/Ga2Se3 multilayer structures

Materials Letters, 2021
Abstract The current article is focused on developing a new class of chalcogenide absorber layer. A multiple stacking of metal selenides with C-60 as an intermatrix layer is fabricated on a glass substrate. Post-annealing of sequential temperatures from 150 °C to 350 °C is applied to the multilayer thin film structure.

Encapsulation of lawrencium into C 60 fullerene: Lr@C 60 versus Li@C 60

Materials Chemistry and Physics, 2016
Abstract The position of Lawrencium (Lr) in the periodic table has been debated several times. It has been noticed that some fundamental properties of Lr differ from the other elements of the actinide series and closely resemble those of alkali metal.

Atomic nitrogen in C 60 :N@C 60

Applied Physics A: Materials Science & Processing, 1998
(atomic nitrogen inside C60) is produced by ion implantation. Two different production methods are employed: Kaufman ion source and glow discharge. After the bombarded material is dissolved in toluene or CS2 and is filtered, several milligrams of C60 containing N@C60 in a concentration of 10-4 to 10-5 are obtained.

Photophysics of C 60 and C 60 - in faujasite zeolites

The European Physical Journal D - Atomic, Molecular and Optical Physics, 2002
While the intercalation of C60 and the formation of C 60 - in the supercages of NaX and NaY are confirmed by using 129Xe NMR and ESR, the photophysical properties of C60 and C 60 - are characterized by monitoring ...

Electronic Structure of C 60 , CuPc, and C 60 /CuPc Nanoparticles and their Layers

Fullerenes, Nanotubes, and Carbon Nanostructures, 2005
Abstract The idea to form C60/CuPc dispersed nanoheterojunctions by photoexcitation of a mixture of C60 and CuPc nanoparticles has been realized. The electronic structure of the nanoparticles and dispersed nanoheterojunctions formed in the mixture has been characterized by UV‐Vis spectroscopy and the comparing with known experimental ultraviolet ...

Electronic and infrared spectra of C+60 and C−60 in neon and argon matrices

Chemical Physics Letters, 1993
Abstract The electronic transitions of C+60 and C−60 isolated in 5 K neon matrices were detected with well-resolved vibrational structure after NeI irradiation of C60 during deposition. On the basis of a C+60 spectrum obtained by growing a matrix with a mass-selected C+60 ion beam, overlapping peaks in the electronic spectra were assigned to either C+
