SAE 1010, CEN C10, ISO C10 STEEL DATA SURVEY
Alloy Digest, 2022Abstract 1010, C10E, and C10R are wrought low-carbon non-alloy steels that are used in the as rolled, annealed, normalized, or cold worked condition. These steels are widely used for lightly stressed parts that require excellent cold formability and excellent weldability.

A new vinylic organolithium reagent: An expedient C10+C10 synthesis of retinal
Tetrahedron Letters, 1993Abstract 2, 6-Dimethyl-8-methoxy-1-lithio-octatetra-1, 3, 5, 7-ene 4 is prepared by bromine-lithium exchange from its readily accessible bromo precursor 8 . The lithio reagent 4 reacts with carbonyl compounds to give in one pot, after a mild acidic hydrolysis, the retinoid aldehydes 2 .

Geranyl pyrophosphate (GPP) is the first member of the elongated isoprenoids (Fig. 6.1). It is the universal precursor molecule for the biosynthetic formation of all acyclic and cyclic monoterpenes (C10-terpenoids). It is formed by the combination of DMAPP and IPP, catalyzed by the appropriate prenyl transferase (see Sect. 5.5.1, Figs. 5.14 and 5.15).

Phase equilibria of branched isomers of C10-alcohols and C10-alkanes in supercritical ethane
The Journal of Supercritical Fluids, 2011Abstract Phase equilibrium data is presented for binary systems of C 10 -alcohol isomers (1-decanol, 2-decanol, 3,7-dimethyl-1-octanol, 2,6-dimethyl-2-octanol and 3,7-dimethyl-3-octanol) and C 10 -alkane isomers (n-decane, 2-methylnonane, 3-methylnonane and 4-methylnonane) with supercritical ethane.

Synthesis of the C1–C10 Fragment of Madeirolide A
Organic Letters, 2016The synthesis of a fully elaborated C1-C10 fragment of madeirolide A has been achieved via a strategy based on a series of stereospecific processes. The concise synthetic route also features an iridium-catalyzed visible light induced radical cyclization for construction of the THP ring and a palladium-catalyzed glycosylation for formation of the α ...

The etymology of the word “consumption” is followed by a discussion of the anatomy of the respiratory system and a quote by William Cullen on the frequency of hemoptysis (coughing up blood) in the disease. Barker reports on the incidence of consumption in women and concludes that the disease was much more frequent in both sexes than in former years ...
