Dense as diamond: Pn-C10, a superhard sp3 carbon allotrope

, 2021
We introduce a carbon allotrope with rhombic symmetry and a high crystal density reached 3.56 g/cm3, named Pn-C10, which was found using an unbiased particle-swarm structural-searching technique.

The effect of solvent polarity and macromolecular crowding on the viscosity sensitivity of a molecular rotor BODIPY-C10.

Physical Chemistry, Chemical Physics - PCCP, 2020
Viscosity is the key parameter of many biological systems as it influences passive diffusion, affects the lipid raft formation and plays a significant role in several diseases on a cellular level.

SAE 1010, CEN C10, ISO C10

Alloy Digest, 2023
Abstract 1010, C10E, and C10R are wrought low-carbon (carbon = 0.07–0.13%) non-alloy steels that are used in the as rolled, annealed, normalized, or cold worked condition. These steels are characterized by low strength, high ductility, excellent cold formability, and excellent weldability.

Monoterpenoids (C10)

2014
Geranyl pyrophosphate (GPP) is the first member of the elongated isoprenoids (Fig. 6.1). It is the universal precursor molecule for the biosynthetic formation of all acyclic and cyclic monoterpenes (C10-terpenoids). It is formed by the combination of DMAPP and IPP, catalyzed by the appropriate prenyl transferase (see Sect. 5.5.1, Figs. 5.14 and 5.15).

**C10** Chap. 1.

2020
The etymology of the word “consumption” is followed by a discussion of the anatomy of the respiratory system and a quote by William Cullen on the frequency of hemoptysis (coughing up blood) in the disease. Barker reports on the incidence of consumption in women and concludes that the disease was much more frequent in both sexes than in former years ...
