Diversity of FAAL enzymes and prediction of their substrate specificity using FAALPred
Abstract FAALs (fatty acyl‐AMP ligases) recruit and incorporate fatty acids during the biosynthesis of secondary metabolites. Their diversity, distribution, and substrate specificity remain poorly understood, which limits functional predictions from sequence data.

Control of Open Quantum Systems via Dynamical Invariants
Dynamical invariants are used to reverse‐engineer control fields for open quantum systems described by time‐dependent Lindblad master equations. By minimizing an analytic leakage functional, the protocol dynamically steers the state along an effectively decoherence‐free path without costly iterative propagation.

Capture‐SELEX for ampicillin aptamers led to the dominance of a low‐affinity aptamer, while extending the target‐library incubation time significantly increased the abundance of a high‐affinity aptamer, revealing a previously unrecognized kinetic effect in the DNA strand displacement reaction during SELEX.

An atomic view of the NFIX–DNA complex reveals recognition of the TGGCA motif and links sequence‐specific binding to the transcriptional programs governing skeletal muscle development and disease. ABSTRACT Skeletal muscle is essential for voluntary movement and exhibits a remarkable capacity for regeneration following injury.

Advances in the Development of Lipid Nanoparticles for mRNA Delivery
This review provides an integrated overview of mRNA–lipid nanoparticle (LNP) design, including lipid composition, scalable manufacturing, and structure–activity relationships. We highlight strategies for targeted delivery, physicochemical tuning, and high‐throughput screening such as DNA barcoding.

The oleic acid and azide inhibited the cytochrome c oxidase activity in Pseudomonas aeruginosa MCC 5300, shifting the electron flux towards bd‐oxidase. This resulted in more NADH consumption to maintain the proton gradient for energy generation. The rapid depletion of NADH triggered high mcl‐PHA accumulation.
